I loved particularly good and unbeatable location of this property.

Thanks everyone for a very very good stay of two nights. The room with comfy beds. It was nice to find a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. Location: the hotel was near many restaurants, museums, the jetty, and a mall, a lot of restaurants, and 2 malls and a famous street food area. Had nice dainties at The Saw Emporium, located around 4-6 minutes walk from the property.

Exceptionally attentive and excellent staff, they smile all the time.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are very affordable, especially considering the new and nice facilities they provide. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a clean and dust-free environment. The central location is a huge advantage, with everything within walking distance, including a lively mall. The staff provides excellent service with their attention to detail, making sure guests have a comfortable stay. Basic amenities are available, and the rooms even have a kitchen for added convenience. Additionally, the breakfast offered is a pleasant surprise, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

We had a great time during the New Year's Eve celebration. the hotel offered complementary drinks and snacks which was a nice touch. the location was perfect for us to explore the city center. We particularly enjoyed walking to the nearby restaurants and attractions. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and cozy.

The hotel didn't provide enough parking spots. We had to park on the street which wasn't safe.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with a modern style. It had all the amenities you would need, including a washing machine, outlet adapters, and daily water bottle replacements. The location was great, within walking distance to malls, convenience stores, and famous local restaurants.

The check-in process was quite slow and unpleasant, with no staff around to check us in on time. The housekeeping service was poor, with minimal cleaning done and one day without any cleaning at all.

Comfy suite, clean bathroom, convenient parking, helpful staff, great location near famous nasi kandar spot and easy to get transportation. Looking forward to future stays at the hotel chain.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in George Town. the location was superb - right in the heart of Georgetown, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel was also incredibly clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail evident throughout. Additionally, the staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service during my stay. Lastly, the breakfast at the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of options. I also loved that the hotel had rooms with kitchens, which came in handy for longer stays.

The hotel is located in a central area near many shops and restaurants. There are plenty of food options in the nearby streets. Although next to a busy street, the hotel rooms are soundproof and the beds are comfortable. Some of the advantages of the rooms are the spacious balconies, washing machines, and detergent provided in the room.

Parking space is very limited which may cause inconvenience to guests with cars.

Spacious rooms and spotlessly clean bathroom. the location was convenient, within walking distance to attractions and good food. the staff were quick to respond to our requests and provided us with extra towels.

No proper drop off or pick up points. Difficult to cross the road as the hotel was located on a main road with no pedestrian crossing.
